Guidance for selection of discipline (Programmes)
After reviewing academic documents and experience, we recommend different educational pathways, in terms of programmes that the student should apply for as well as the country that is most suitable.
Guidance for preparation of application
Once the applicant has chosen the subject and the degree they would like to study, our counsellors prepare the application for them. It involves filling in the application, providing support in terms of additional documents that need to be attached, submitting the application and following up with the respective academic institute on behalf of the students.
Guidance for scholarship opportunities
In some cases, based on grades or/and financial situation or due to our cooperation with the academic institute, students are eligible to apply for a scholarship. We make sure that our applicants are able to gain these benefits.
Guidance for visa Interview
Once the applicants have received their admission letters from the respective academic institutes, we guide our students in terms of the visa interview process. Even though, all the necessary information with regards to the visa processes is already provided by the respective embassies of each country, we only provide guidance based on past experiences.
Guidance about financial management
In certain countries such as Germany, students are required to open a blocked bank account with a fixed amount (to be used monthly within the first year). We provide the opportunity to open the account through our banking partners. Furthermore, we also provide a clear overview of monthly expenditure that the students would have to bear.
Travel Health Insurance
We book travel health insurances for all of our applicants that are traveling abroad; either for tourism camps or for educational programmes.
Guidance for language learning (if required)
Some of the programmes that we offer require language learning; e.g. German language for Germany – in such a scenario we offer German language classes within our Islamabad campus.
Guidance for Entrance Exams (if required)
For certain programmes, an entrance exam is required. We help prepare our students as well as conduct the entrance exams with the respective partner institutes.
Pre-and-post departure/arrival support
We provide assistance to our students with all the departure formalities as well as provide welcome support to our students once they have landed at their respective destinations.
Accommodation
In cooperation with partner universities and real estate agencies, as rentals we offer student apartments that are close to the academic institutes that the student has enrolled in.
