Job Brief


The Education Program Coordinator provides support and assistance in the identification, development and delivery of educational programs or initiatives; duties may include (but are not limited to) support of internal/external stakeholders, implementation of routine program logistics, participation in team activities, use of electronic communications and technology, preparation of reports and program documentation, support of budget activities and data collection/input activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide routine program logistics/maintain requirements or activities to ensure quality of programs
  • Responsible for all process including management of faculty, dealing with international study part, update to management.
  • Monitor program development timelines and communicate status to supervisor
  • Monitor enrollments and report updates to program managers and assistants
  • Assist in the development, editing, and production of materials, letters, forms, etc.
  • Update course materials, schedules, requirements, and provide information to students/participants; resolve problems
  • Assist in preparing reports and program documentation
  • Prepare program confirmation and correspondence
  • Enter data into systems
  • Efficiently use all forms of electronic communications (basic software applications)

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 3 experience in the education consultancy field
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Products
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Preference given to candidates that have experience in the field of education program co-ordination preferably private schools

Job Brief


The Education Consultant at P2GS is responsible for student applications, client management, student follow-ups via phone calls and emails as well as maintaining our extensive student database.

Responsibilities

  • Fully responsible for the entire application process of students (from documentation to applications to visa processing)
  • Maintaining cordial relationships with representatives of local and international partner institutes
  • Client management in reference to parents/guardians of students as well as individual students as well
  • Conducting hotel expos in the entire country as well as conducting online expos over Zoom
  • Following up on students via phone calls and emails in support of the marketing team
  • Management of student database according to region and programs
  • Plan marketing campaigns for respective international study programs along with the marketing team

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 1 experience in admission process of UK, USA Universities.
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Products
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Preference given to candidates that have experience in the field of education consultancy

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in teaching or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a teacher (Preference will be given to candidates with O/A levels teaching experience)
  • In-depth knowledge of teaching methods and legal educational procedures.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organized with excellent leadership abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
