Application Procedure
Step 1: Eligibility Check
Require clear scan copy of all academic documents via email (Takes around 1 week).
Step 2: Register for German Language Class
Enrolment for German Language Class to do A1 & A2 level (which is requirement of German Embassy).
Step 3: Complete Application (Hard Copy)
Require all documents in hard copies to be sent to Germany with a processing fee of 500 Euros (Require within 2 weeks after getting eligibility).
Step 4: Registration for Study Visa Appointment (Online)
Booking for study visa appointment.
Step 5: Invoice (Scan Copy)
Receive from Germany (Takes 7-10 Days after application).
Step 6: Deposit Registration Fee
(With Transfer charges+ Withholding tax) directly to Germany (as soon as possible) & send us the clear scan copy of that fee receipt and fee confirmation letter via email.
Step 7: Offer Letter (Scan Copy)
Receive from Germany (Takes 4-8 weeks for BSc & 6-10 weeks for MSc+Medicine after sending application & Registration fee)
Step 8: Deposit Remaining Fee
(With transfer charges+ Withholding tax) mention in the invoice directly to Germany (as soon as possible) & send us the clear scan copy of that fee receipt and fee confirmation letter via email. And open the Blocked Account.
Step 9: Acceptance Letter
(Scan & Hard Copy) receive from Germany (within 1 week after receiving the fee)
Step 10: Booking of Accommodation
Book accommodation in Germany minimum for 2 months (Before 10-15 Days of Visa appointment)
Step 11: Visa Interview Training & Visa File
Require documents in hard copies (Before 7-10 Days of Visa appointment)
Step 12: Departure Formalities
Departure formalities to reach Germany within 2 weeks after getting visa stamped.
